CPU1 on winbond1 = 104

peculiar temp readouts
Can you get each CPU to to go to 600MHz individually in either socket?
If you test, I bet you find that either one socket is weak or one CPU can't go that fast.
Do you have Northbridge cooling?
What HSFs are you using? Arctic Silver?
How many PCI cards - bus loading?
Is the HPT366 retired from Hdisk drive duty?

i've never tried the cpu's by themselves, but when i goto 600 only one cpu will register in the bios
@ 600 with 2.3v core i can get both to register but win2K wont load
whats northbridge cooling?
HSF(heatsink fan) is some fans i bought and mounted on the stock heatsink
3 pci and one isa card
HPT366 cannot be used, will either prevent system from booting or will not install, and when installed prevents 2K from booting
