I reflashed the bios to the latest that supported the onboard raid contorller. It would seem that my issue is with now with my SATA raid controller that I need to use. Now I have the PC up and running with out any issues with the current config... HPT366 - NOT USED but the PC see's it Onboard IDE co...

Raid setup error (not just bp6) please help
I am getting this on my bp6 and on my athlon PC. I have a SD-ATA8212-133RAID card (a cheapy i got for like 15 bucks from pricewatch). I updated the bios to the latest version but am still getting this error message.. on boot up it loads the card and i get Please wait IDE SCAN ..........................

BP6 freezes after bios update with HD plugged in
Well i finnaly flashed the bios correctly after my floppy drive giveing me 2 weeks of greif. But now if I have my hard drive plugged in the BP6 wont boot (it freezes at a flashing _ after detecting all the drives on startup). Can you use a different system and SYS that spare hard drive from an MS-DOS drive? Im not sure what you mean, i took the spare drive plugged it into another PC copied all files from the MS-DOS startup floppy disk that i made in windows xp via the format command and copied those files onto the spare...
