Surre will! As long as the wires are not on the backside of the board completing the PIII mod it will run. In fact, it is MUCH MORE STABLE than the stock board.

Both these boards will easilly run 366's above 550 rock solid!

Looks like something got scrambled in the boot sector for WIN2K. After re-formating and reloading all is well (again!).

Yep!, no-go.

I am re-formatting and reloading OS's because BSOD said it couldn't fined "boot device" in win2k with hard drive on 80 pin cable and on IDE-3.

Works great in win98se with same setup, cable(s) and hdd settings.

May have to do a low-level format.

With 2 366's @ 66mhz, a vid card installed, 1 stick PC133 SDRAM (256meg), one hard drive and 2 daisy chained optical drives on (IDE-1 & IDE-2) plus a 3COM ISA NIC I installed WIN98SE and WIN2K Pro, dual-boot. I am presently using a PNY GeForce FX5500, 128 meg vid card with two ViewSonic 20" "Graphics" series monitors.

Works great and the price couldn't be beat!

Sad to say, 466's don't really over-clock the best. Try to find a couple of 366's, almost a given, 550 @ 100mhz fsb. I am presently running 366's @ 581 Mhz stable in win2k pro on the internet, 594 when off line and will boot into windows @ 605 (110 fsb). I have matched and lapped sets of: 366's, 400...

I have an old 486 machine that has a card just like that controling an after-market Panasonic CD-ROM drive. I'll look tonight when I get home from work. It came as a complete "up-grade" kit, board, cable, drive, etc.
