I've used all different components with no success. Since the sound was stuttering I replaced the sound card first. I was using the Creative and found all kinds of bad things out about them inculding the SMP problem. I'm using a Santa Cruz now. Only oher components in it right now are a GeForce 3 an...

I fired up my old BP6 while I'm waiting for an Athlon Mobile to replace my dead cpu and noticed I'm having the same problem I've always had, computer locks up with the sound stuttering when playing games. I've got 2 400's that I got from Allstarshop running at 550. My vcore is set at 2.2 but runs be...

I have a network card in slot 2, sound card (SoundBlaster Live) in slot 3, modem in slot 5. I updated to RU and HPT 1.25 BIOS but have not installed the HPT drivers, I am...

Yes the caches were disabled. Setting the cpu speed has been very bizarre. I orignally tried the stock settings 433/66 but when booting up it would report it as 400 and refuse to boot. I had to disable the speed hold and set it to 6.5x 94 mhz. It reports this as 500 but it finally would boot. I'm th...

I flashed to the bp6ru125 bios before installing Win2K and I got the above error. There were a bunch of bad commands at the command line before the flash program ran then the program seemed to write just fine and after I exited it got a bunch more bad commands at the command line.
