USB ver.2.0 PCI host card
I'm sure this question been asked before but I need to ask as well. I have put a offbrand USB ver.2.0 PCI host card in my puter the installation worked just fine BUT when I put any kind of USBs in to it it will not sense there is stuff in it. It sais nada, no "new hardware have been detected..." So ...

Should i worry if my powersupply makes a clicking sound every now and then? The puter have been making random reboots on it own
.. I got an 300W in and thinking of by my self an 450W to replace it...
